Our second panelist was Dr. Dalal, who is currently the Associate Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, the Associate Program Director of Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship at Beaumont Hill in Royal Oak and Farmington, and is a sleep medicine physician at Beaumont Health in Royal Oak. Dr. Dalal discussed the effects of sleep deprivation and the importance of getting enough sleep through an interactive presentation.
