MEET THE EXECUTIVE BOARD

Shivani salwi

Board member (2022-present)

Shivani Salwi is a senior at Farmington High School. She participated as a competitor in the Blessings in a Backpack, Easterseals, Gleaners, and Gift of Life fundraisers, volunteered for Angels of Hope and joined board fundraising for NAMI Metro. Apart from Key2Finesse, Shivani loves to swim competitively and has been doing so since the age of 3. Shivani is her Class President and a part of HOSA at her school. Shivani is also on her district's Student Round Table and is a representative for her district. Additionally, Shivani is in her school and district diversity club. Shivani is excited to be on board this year, and looks forward to creating an even bigger impact!

Mantra Kaushal

Board member (2024-present)

Mantra Kaushal is a senior at International Academy Okma and this is his second year on executive board. He started volunteering with Key2Finesse for the Abhi Shah Foundation and quickly fell in love with the environment of students giving back to their community. Outside of school, Mantra participates in school clubs such as Forensics, FBLA, and more - clubs where he is a state champion as well as board member for his school's chapter. Mantra has also been a 4-year Varsity Tennis player for Lake Orion High School and actively leads the team. Some of his passions include business, finance, economics, tennis, and golf. Mantra is looking forward to lead the team and make a difference in the community this year.

Dhanya Chugh

Board member (2021-present)

Dhanya Chugh is a current senior at Northville High school and has served for 5 years on Key2Finesse board. Falling in love with public speaking in 5th grade, Dhanya has continued that passion and found Key2Finesse as a platform to help her grow, and use her voice to advocate for issues she cares about while helping others do the same. Outside of Key2Finesse, Dhanya is a state officer for Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) and Vice President for her schools chapter of Model United Nations. Dhanya is ecstatic to be with the team this year and can't wait to see what new bounds can be reached!

Dyotak Shintre

Board member (2022-present)

Dyotak Shintre is currently a senior at Troy High School. He first took part in a Key2Finesse event during the fall of seventh grade and immediately fell in love with public speaking. In his journey he has completed Confidence Building & Public Speaking, Time Management, and Success Class For Teens. After this, he volunteered for Angels of Hope, NAMI, and, as a board member, The Abhi Shah Foundation. He was amazed by the potential of a student body. Outside of Key2Finesse and school, Dyotak loves playing soccer and actively participates in Forensics and DECA. Last year he was able to achieve 5th place in the state for impromptu. He went to ICDC for DECA and hopes to return this year in the category of Sports and Entertainment Marketing. He can't wait to see the new heights he can help Key2Finesse reach in the future!

Eesha Chigullapally

Board member (2022-present)

Eesha Chigullapally is currently a senior at Northville High School. She started her Public Speaking journey the moment she joined Confidence Class and went on to win multiple awards through various competitions. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. She is a part of various activities such as the DECA, HOSA, Model UN, and Choir. A member of other volunteering clubs, Eesha also enjoys helping in many places such as senior centers and food banks. As a board member, she strives to make a difference in the community each year, from one foundation to the next.

Ethan antony

Board member (2023-present)

Ethan Antony has always been comfortable speaking in public and joining Key2Finesse provided him with an outlet to advance his speaking skills and share his beliefs on various topics. As a senior at Washtenaw International High School, he is actively engaged in public speaking and has a strong interest in pursuing engineering and math. Ethan is a keen member of Robotics, Science Olympiad, Student Government, and IASA. He is also involved in multiple organizations outside of school, which have helped him develop essential leadership skills. With a passion for the STEM field, Ethan enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends. In his second year as an executive board member of Key2Finesse, Ethan aims to make a significant impact as a Finance Lead by contributing strategies, teaching others, and raising as much money as possible.

Kavya SHenoy

Board member (2023-present)

Kavya is a senior at Athens High School. She started her journey with Key2Finesse in 2020, as a participant in the Gift of Life Foundation fundraiser, and, later, in Angels of Hope. She continued in Key2Finesse as a volunteer for the NAMI Metro fundraiser, through which she received an Outstanding Volunteer Award, and was nominated to be a Board Member, and chosen for executive board in 2023 for the Abhi Shah Foundation Fundraiser. Outside of public speaking, she enjoys playing the violin, playing classical and electric guitar, singing, and writing songs (which she showcases through her YouTube channel). She is also a member of Leadership Advisory Board, LINK, and NHS at her school while being class vice president for Student Council, as well as on board for HOSA, Model United Nations, and Tri-M. Kavya is so excited to be on Key2Finesse board for a third year and can’t wait to work with the team again to create a larger impact on the community!

Nishi Patel

Nishi is currently a senior at Northville High School and this is her 3rd year on Key2Finesse Executive Board. Her journey with Key2Finesse started in 2020 with the Angels of Hope speaking competition. Then she began her volunteering with NAMI Metro where she got the Outstanding Volunteer award. Outside of school, Nishi is heavily involved in piano, Bharatnatyam, DECA, and Robotics. Nishi has taken the Confidence Class, Time Management Class, Success Academy, and currently is in the Finesse Club. From this, her passion for speaking is only growing. She is so excited to see where Key2Finesse will go and is glad she is a part of it!

Aashi Patel

Board member (2024-present)

Aashi Patel is a sophomore at Northville High School. This is her second year on Key2Finesse board. She began volunteering for the Abhi Shah Foundation fundraiser and immediately got indulged in giving back to the community. Outside of school, Aashi is involved in HOSA and Model UN. Aashi loves and has been trained in the classical dance form of Bharatnatyam. She is very excited to see the difference she can make in the community with Key2Finesse.

Pranya Beri

Board member (2024-present)

Pranya Beri is an 8th-grade student at Notre Dame Preparatory School. This is her second year on the Key2Finesse board and her first year serving on the executive board. She is passionate about public speaking and looks forward to the engaging reading and research opportunities that the monthly Finesse Club offers. Pranya began her journey with Key2Finesse in 2023 as a volunteer, supporting the Abhi Shah Foundation, and continued her efforts in 2024 with Variety. Her dedication was recognized both years when she was honored as an Outstanding Volunteer. Beyond her involvement with Key2Finesse, Pranya actively participates in extracurricular activities. She has been practicing Bharatanatyam and Taekwondo since the age of four and holds a second-degree black belt. She also won the debate competition at MIYG, representing NDP, and was named the 2025 winner of NDP’s The Amazing Shake. Pranya is passionate about giving back to the community, which led her to join the board. She is eager to learn from her mentors and contribute to the continued growth of Key2Finesse.

Sahas Ravoor

Board member (2024-present)

Sahas Ravoor is a senior at Athens High School. He joined Key2Finesse as a volunteer supporting Angels of Hope in 2021, and continued by supporting NAMI Metro and the Abhi Shah Foundation, winning the Outstanding Volunteer award all three years.  This is his second year as an executive board member. He enjoys participating in Science Olympiad, HOSA, and Model UN, and is on the varsity swim team. Outside of school, he enjoys playing the piano and violin, as well as fencing. Sahas is exhilarated to continue to work with Key2Finesse this year and make a tangible impact in the community around him, continuing to raise funds for important causes and engender leadership skills in the next generation.

Sanay shah

Board member (2024-present)

Sanay Shah is a Junior at Groves High School and it his second year on executive board. He started volunteering with Key2Finesse for the Gleaners fundraiser and quickly fell in love with the environment of students giving back to their community. Outside of school, Sanay participates in school clubs such as Groves DECA. He enjoys playing tennis and hanging out with his friends in his free time. Sanay is very excited to make a difference in our community this year.

Suvir ravoor

Board member (2024-present)

Suvir Ravoor is a 9th grader at Athens High School, and he is an executive board member for Key2Finesse. He started volunteering with Key2Finesse in 2022 for the Abhi Shah Foundation, but competed in events prior to this. Suvir fell in love with the idea of students giving back to their community and he is very passionate about helping others. Outside of school, Suvir is involved with school clubs like Robotics and Science Olympiad. He loves these activities, and has gotten 1st place at the state level. In his free time he enjoys sports, running, and playing the piano. Suvir is very excited to help our community and make a difference!

Tanay Vaddadi

Tanay Vaddadi is an 8th grader from Novi Middle School with a deep passion for public speaking. Over the years, he has honed his speaking and leadership skills, using his voice to support causes that matter to him. Whether through fundraising, volunteering, or spreading awareness, Tanay is committed to making a positive impact on his community. His dedication to helping others fuels his desire to create meaningful change. Outside of academics, Tanay loves soccer and plays trumpet in his school’s honors band. With a passion for leadership and a drive to make a difference, Tanay is excited to continue growing as a communicator and advocate for Key2finesse.

Vansh Saichandran

Board member (2024-present)

Vansh Saichandran is a sophomore at Northville High School. He loves chess, swimming, math, and playing the trombone. He takes part in many clubs such as Robotics, Model UN, Academic Games, and Track. Vansh started out with Key2Finesse as a volunteer in 2022. He wanted to get more involved in Key2Finesse so he made improvements within himself for the next year and last year was chosen to be on the Board of Directors as a Director. He was on the Logistics department and he has made improvements and is excited to co-lead Logistics as an Executive Board Member.

Sahasra Yalavarty is a junior at Novi High School and this is her second year as an executive board member of Key2Finesse. Her journey with Key2Finesse started as a contestant in 2019 for the Gleaners fundraiser. She has contributed to the organization as a volunteer for 3 years and was honored as an "Outstanding Volunteer" in 2020 and 2022. She has also been public speaking since 5th grade on platforms presented to her by Finesse Academy. Sahasra is passionate about dance and has been practicing Bharatanatyam for nearly a decade! In school, she is actively involved in HOSA, Debate, is an officer for Red Cross Club, and founded her own Anatomy Club. Sahasra is more motivated than ever before to make a difference in her community!

Yogasri Katta

Board member (2024-present)

Yogasri Katta is a sophomore at Northville High School and is serving her second year on the Key2Finesse board. She first joined the organization to support its mission of empowering students and quickly found a passion for using her voice to create change. At school, she is involved in HOSA, the Investment Club, Period Poverty Club, and Unified Club, and serves as the president of the Harmony Through History Club. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and tennis, always looking for new ways to challenge herself. With a strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact in her community, Yogasri is excited to contribute to Key2Finesse this year!

Aapratim Bhowmick

Aapratim Bhowmick is a senior at International Academy Okma, and this is his first year on executive board. He started volunteering for Key2Finesse with the Abhi Shah Foundation, quickly falling in love with the impact that Key2Finesse could create for other lives. Currently in school, Aapratim is involved in extracurriculars such as Model UN, Forensics, and HOSA. In his free time, he loves to read and enjoys dancing. Aapratim is thrilled to work with Key2Finesse to change people's lives.

Aarush Arora

Aarush Arora is an incoming freshman at Troy High School and this is his first year on the Key2Finesse executive board. After joining Key2Finesse as a volunteer in 2023, he quickly fell in love with supporting his community and helping those in need. He has also been a part of Finesse Academy since 5th grade, starting his journey with Key2Finesse.  Outside of academics, Aarush is actively involved in several school clubs, including Model UN, Math Team, and Robotics, where he has competed at the state level. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, biking, and playing the saxophone. He is looking forward to working with Key2Finesse and helping to make an impact in his community.

Amol gupta

Board member (2025-present)

Amol Gupta is a senior at Troy High Cchool and this is his first year as an executive board member for Key2Finesse.  He originally joined Key2Finesse as a volunteer for the Abhi Shah Foundation and loved the idea of helping to give back to the communal community and helping others.  Some of his passions include business and automotive.  Outside of school, Amol participates in DECA and Model UN. Amol is very excited for his first year on board and third year as a volunteer.

Anandavel Sakthi is a junior at International Academy East and it is his first year on executive board. He was first introduced to Key2Finesse at the 2022 Speak the Difference competition, and decided to volunteer to support charity in the 24-25 volunteer season. Outside of school, Anand participates in clubs like Model UN, Forensics, and Science Olympiad which he captains. He enjoys playing badminton, chess, and a variety of musical instruments. Anand is very excited to get to know everyone this year, and is looking forward to a great volunteering season.

Madhu Battula is a sophomore at Athens High School, whose journey with Key2Finesse started in 2023 as a participant in the Abhi Shah Foundation fundraiser. After an incredible experience, Madhu began volunteering with Key2Finesse for Variety The Children's Charity, and in 2024 was recognized as an outstanding volunteer. Since then, she's grown tremendously as a leader and speaker by giving back to her community. Beyond school, Madhu is actively involved in DECA, Forensics, and Basketball, and also volunteers for an online magazine. She is incredibly excited to continue working with Key2Finesse to make an impact on the community!

Prathossh Pathmanathan is a junior at Rochester Adams School and this is his first year as an executive board member of Key2Finesse. His journey with Key2Finesse started as a contestant in 2022 for the NAMI Metro fundraiser. He has contributed to the organization as a volunteer for 2 years and was honored as an "Outstanding Volunteer" in 2023 and 2024. He stays motivated in Key2Finesse with one purpose: to give back to the community. He has also been public speaking since 8th grade through platforms presented to him by Finesse Academy such as mentoring, and as a Finesse Club captain. Prathossh is passionate about card magic and has been doing it since 6th grade to raise money for nonprofit organizations! He is very passionate about sports, as he has been on his school's tennis team since 9th grade. He also enjoys music, where he has been doing violin since 3rd grade and clarinet since 6th. In school, he is actively involved in HOSA, symphonic band, is an officer for Red Cross Club, and founded his own Biology Club. Prathossh is more motivated than ever before to make a difference in his community!

Board member (2025-present)

Sacheth Hegde will be a sophomore this August at Rochester High School and this is his first year on the Key2Finesse executive board. He volunteered for three years at Key2Finesse, and as part of the Variety Children's Charity fundraiser, he received the Outstanding Volunteer Award. In his free time, he plays the flute, composes music, and loves speedcubing. He is also involved in Marching Band, Robotics, Science Olympiad, Oakland Youth Orchestras, and other clubs outside of Key2Finesse. As an executive board member, he is looking forward to making a real difference in people's lives.

Suraj Sambath is currently an 8th grader at Reuther Middle School. He fell in love with public speaking during even the first Confidence Building classes. He soon completed the Time Management and Success class. Outside of Key2Finesse, Suraj is taking his second year of Spanish and loves to play the violin in the second year of his school orchestra. As this is his first year on board, Suraj is extremely excited to see the huge difference Key2Finesse will make, and the different ways he can contribute.

Purvi Kulchania is a freshman at the International Academy East. Her journey with Key2Finesse began in 2023, when she began volunteering and fell in love with this organization. Some of her interests outside of school include piano, saxophone, tennis, and taekwondo. Purvi is so excited to tackle her first year on board and continue giving back to the community through this wonderful organization!

Tejaaswin Raja is a senior at Troy Athens High School and it is his first year on board. He started volunteering for Key2Finesse with the Abhi Shah Foundation and fell in love with the organization. Outside of Key2Finesse, he is involved in Science Olympiad, HOSA and Model UN which he thoroughly enjoys. He is excited to be on board this year and is hopeful for what is to come.

Esha ghosalkar

Esha Ghosalkar graduated from Troy High School in 2018. She then went on to study pre-medicine at University of Central Florida. Currently, she's at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Esha is a co-founder of Key2Finesse, which was established in the spring of 2015. From a young age, she has been developing her passion for public speaking as a co-captain at her middle school’s Forensics team and co-founding it at Troy High.  She took inspiration from her mother, the owner of Finesse Academy, and furthered this passion by conducting workshops about confidence building and public speaking for students around the country through Key2Finesse. To Esha, Key2Finesse is an opportunity for her to connect with students similar to her and impart valuable skills she has learned and found of value. In college, Esha continues to stay involved with Key2Finesse by serving as a mentor for the e-board, helping organize events, and serving as a judge for the speech competition fundraiser. She hopes to continue pursuing this passion even after graduating from CWRU in 2026.

Chintan Maheshwari

Chintan Maheshwari is a graduate from Detroit Catholic Central High School and a co-founder of Key2Finesse. He attended the University of Michigan at Ross School of Business and graduated in 2022. He is now an Investment Banking Associate at TD Cowen. He has developed a passion for public speaking and has used that passion to win first place at a national speech competition as well as to place in the top ten in the world for HOSA’s Public Speaking competition. He has conducted Confidence Building workshops for underprivileged kids along with Esha. He has also mentored students in their public speaking competitions. He is involved in multiple community service activities, participating in his Temple Youth Group, playing percussion and the keyboard in various concerts across the country, as well as participating and competing in many dance competitions. To Chintan, Key2Finesse is a way that students can learn and refine a skill that is extremely valuable in their life: public speaking. It also allows him to find ways to give back to his community.

Chintan Maheshwari

founding Member (2015-2018)
