MEET THE EXECUTIVE BOARD

Sanay shah

Board member (2024-present)

Sanay Shah is a Senior at Groves High School, and it is his third year on the executive board. He started volunteering with Key2Finesse for the Gleaners fundraiser and quickly fell in love with the environment of students giving back to their community. Outside of school, Sanay participates in school clubs such as Groves DECA, where he has qualified for the international conference. He enjoys playing tennis, golf, and hanging out with his friends in his free time. Sanay is very excited to make a difference in our community this year.

Anandavel Sakthi

Board member (2025-present)

Anandavel Sakthi is a senior at International Academy East and this is his second year on executive board. He was first introduced to Key2Finesse at the 2022 Speak the Difference competition, and began volunteering in the 24-25 volunteer season. Outside of school, Anand participates in clubs like Model UN, Forensics, and Science Olympiad which he leads. He enjoys playing badminton, chess, and a variety of musical instruments. Anand is ecstatic to get to know everyone this year, and is looking forward to a great volunteering season with our amazing new charity!

Prathossh Pathmanathan

Board member (2025-present)

Prathossh Pathmanathan is a senior at Rochester Adams High School and is serving as the Senior Lead of Key2Finesse this season, this is his second year on the executive board. Where he first joined the organization in 2022 as a contestant, and later volunteered for two years, earning Outstanding Volunteer recognition both years. He later served as a logistics board member organizing major events, while also developing his public speaking and leadership through Finesse Academy as a club captain, mentorship program president, and debate coach. Prathossh is passionate about sleight of hand card magic and has practiced it since 6th grade, raising over $6,000 through his service project Magic4Chance. He is a member of his school’s tennis team and enjoys music, playing violin since 3rd grade and clarinet since 6th. He volunteers as a Tamil teacher and at his local hospital. At school, he is actively involved in HOSA, Jazz Band, Model UN, and Link Crew, serves as Co-Vice President of the Red Cross Club, President of FBLA, and founded his school’s Biology Club. Prathossh is driven to continue making a meaningful impact in his community.

Pranya Beri

Board member (2024-present)

Pranya Beri is a freshman at Notre Dame Preparatory School and a dedicated leader on the Key2Finesse team. Now in her third year with the organization and her second year on the Executive Board, she is passionate about empowering students through public speaking, research, and leadership opportunities offered by the Finesse Club. Pranya began volunteering with Key2Finesse in 2023 through the Abhi Shah Foundation and continued supporting community initiatives with Variety and Kids on the Go. Her commitment to service has earned her recognition as an Outstanding Volunteer. Beyond Key2Finesse, Pranya is deeply involved in academics and extracurricular leadership. She practices Bharatanatyam and Taekwondo (3rd-degree black belt) and participates in NDP Theatre, Forensics, and Michigan Youth in Government, where she was elected Lieutenant Governor of the Red Legislature in 2025. Driven by a passion for leadership and community impact, Pranya is excited to continue learning from mentors and helping Key2Finesse inspire the next generation of confident communicators and changemakers.

Suvir Ravoor

Board member (2024-present)

Suvir Ravoor is a 10th grader at Athens High School, and an executive board member for Key2Finesse. He started volunteering with Key2Finesse in 2022 for the Abhi Shah Foundation, but competed in events prior to this. Suvir fell in love with the idea of students giving back to their community and he is very passionate about helping others. Outside of school, Suvir is involved with school clubs like Robotics, HOSA, and Science Olympiad. He loves these activities, and competes at the national level. In his free time he enjoys swimming, watching shows, and playing the piano. Suvir is very excited to help our community and make a difference!

Tanay Vaddadi

Tanay Vaddadi is a sophomore at Novi High School who is passionate about leadership, communication, and making a positive impact in his community. Through his involvement in organizations such as HOSA and Science Olympiad, he enjoys challenging himself academically while developing skills that help him grow as both a leader and collaborator. Tanay is also committed to community service and has volunteered with organizations including Kids on the Go and Variety, supporting programs that create opportunities for children and families. Within Key2Finesse, Tanay serves as the Finance Lead and the Novi Finesse Club Captain, where he mentors young students, encouraging them to build confidence and leadership skills while reflecting Key2Finesse’s goal of developing the leaders of tomorrow. Outside of school and leadership activities, Tanay enjoys playing soccer, volunteering in the community, spending time with friends, and exploring new ideas that inspire creativity and growth.

Yogasri Katta

Yogasri Katta is a junior at Northville High School and is serving her third year on the Key2Finesse board. She first joined the organization to support its mission of empowering students and quickly found a passion for using her voice to create change. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and tennis, always looking for new ways to challenge herself. With a strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact in her community, Yogasri is excited to contribute to Key2Finesse this year

Aarush Arora is a sophomore at Troy High School and this is his second year on the Key2Finesse executive board. After joining Key2Finesse as a volunteer in 2023, he quickly fell in love with supporting his community and helping those in need. He has also been a part of Finesse Academy since 5th grade, starting his journey with Key2Finesse. Outside of academics, Aarush is actively involved in several school clubs and sports , including Model UN, Cross Country, Consulting Club, and Track. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, running, biking, and playing the saxophone. He is looking forward to working with Key2Finesse and helping to make an impact in his community!

Keya Mehndiratta

Board member (2025-present)

Keya Mehndiratta is a freshman attending Troy High School. This is Keya’s second year on board, and first year serving as an executive board member for Key2Finesse. Her journey with Key2Finesse began in 2024 as a volunteer for Variety, The Children’s Charity. Through consistent hard work, Keya was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer Award two years in a row, marking the start of her beginning with Key2Finesse Board. She has also completed the Confidence Building, Time Management, and Success Program. Apart from her involvement in Key2Finesse, Keya is part of numerous extracurriculars. She is part of her school’s HOSA, Model United Nations, Scouts, and has been trained in Hindustani Classical Music for 7 years. Additionally, her passions include music, public speaking, and medicine. Keya is delighted to grow with Key2Finesse, and cannot wait to see where it takes her!

Madhumitha Battula

Board member (2025-present)

Madhumitha Battula is a junior at Athens High School, whose journey with Key2Finesse started in 2023 as a participant in the Abhi Shah Foundation fundraiser. After an incredible experience, Madhu began volunteering with Key2Finesse for Variety The Children's Charity, and was selected as an executive board member in 2025. Since then, she has grown tremendously as a leader and speaker by giving back to her community. Beyond school, Madhu is actively involved in DECA, Forensics, and Basketball, and also writes for an online magazine. She is incredibly excited to continue working with Key2Finesse and make an impact!

Praharsh Prashanth

Board member (2025-present)

Praharsh Prashanth is a 9th grader at Adams High School and this is his Second Year on Key2Finesse Board and his first year serving on executive board. He is very passionate when it comes to managing his time and public speaking. Praharsh began his journey in Key2Finesse in 2024 as a volunteer supporting Variety and Kids on the go, but then promoted to a trainee. Outside if school Praharsh enjoys hindustani classical singing, listening to music, has done FTC robotics for 3 years and went to the Worlds Championship in April and has finished all courses of Finesse Academy. Praharsh is very passionate when it comes to serving the community especially as he is an executive board this year and looks forward to make an impact!

Purvi Kulchania

Purvi Kulchania is a sophomore at the International Academy East. Her journey with Key2Finesse began in 2023 and she is so excited for her second year on executive board! Outside of this organization, Purvi is actively involved in marching band, Model UN, Forensics, and HOSA. She also loves playing the piano and the saxophone. Purvi looks forward to continuing to make an impact in her community with Key2Finesse.

Shyna Mathur

Shyna has been apart of K2F since 5th grade and learned to love public speaking. Starting volunteering 3 years ago, she became more passionate about it every year. On top of K2F and volunteering, she loves to play soccer, playing it since she was 3 and was a key role in her school’s play last year. She also participates in HOSA.

Suraj Sambath

Board member (2025-present)

Suraj Sambath is currently an 9th grader at the International Academy Central. He fell in love with public speaking during even the first Confidence Building classes. He soon completed the Time Management and Success class. Outside of Key2Finesse, Suraj is taking his third year of Spanish and loves to play the violin in the first year of his high school orchestra. As this is his second year on board, Suraj is extremely excited to see the huge difference Key2Finesse will make again, and the different things he can learn.

Abhinav Jain

Board member (2026-present)

Abhinav Jain is a rising senior at Troy High School and this is his first year on Key2Finesse Executive Board. He fell in love with public speaking after going through Confidence, Time Management, and the Success Program, and he is the Troy Finesse Club Captain and Success Debate Coach. He joined Key2Finesse and raised money by tutoring AP Chemistry Students as a part of ACE Academy, raising over $6,000. Abhinav has a passion for Chemistry, Public Speaking, and Economics. He has won the Top 30 International Award for the Harvard-MIT Chemistry Olympiad and has participated at ILC in HOSA.

Sahasra Yalavarty is a junior at Novi High School and this is her second year as an executive board member of Key2Finesse. Her journey with Key2Finesse started as a contestant in 2019 for the Gleaners fundraiser. She has contributed to the organization as a volunteer for 3 years and was honored as an "Outstanding Volunteer" in 2020 and 2022. She has also been public speaking since 5th grade on platforms presented to her by Finesse Academy. Sahasra is passionate about dance and has been practicing Bharatanatyam for nearly a decade! In school, she is actively involved in HOSA, Debate, is an officer for Red Cross Club, and founded her own Anatomy Club. Sahasra is more motivated than ever before to make a difference in her community!

Arna Shah

Board member (2026-present)

Arna Shah is an 8th grader at Novi Middle School. She has been deeply inspired by Key2Finesse’s impact, and has been volunteering for the last three years, where she found her passion for helping the community. Last year, while supporting Kids on The Go, she was further able to experience the joy of giving back to others and cultivating positivity in her community. Other than Key2Finesse, Arna is the captain of Model UN at her school and is a part of her school newspaper club. She enjoys writing, public-speaking, and debate. She is very enthusiastic about the difference she can make and is ready to drive change, one action at a time!

Hridank Shah

Hridank Shah is currently a freshman at Huron High School and this is his first year on Key2Finesse’s executive board. Hridank has started his public speaking journey in 5th grade, successfully completing the courses: Confidence, Time Management, & Success. Hridank has started his public speaking journey in a goal to increase his presentation skills while raising awareness for minorities. Outside of Key2Finesse, Hridank enjoys his free time playing tennis, cards, and chess; academically he participates in BPA and MUN. Hridank has also made incredible accomplishments such as securing spots in two competitive dance teams, obtaining a black belt in taekwondo, publishing his own board game at the age of 8, and mastering coding languages such as python. Hridank is elated to be working with the team this year, and can’t wait to make more differences in more lives!

Leena Srihitha Pyneni is currently a senior at International Academy East. She first took part in a Key2Finesse event during the summer of ninth grade and immediately fell in love with public speaking. In her journey she completed Confidence Building & Public Speaking, Time Management, and Success Class For Teens. After this, she volunteered for KidsOnTheGo. She was inspired by the passion and structure of Key2Finesse, and was amazed by the impact of the community. Outside of Key2Finesse and school, Leena loves dancing and actively participates in Forensics and MUN. She’s ready to hit the ground running to help Key2Finesse go higher!

Naina Patalay

Naina Patalay is a rising Junior at Rochester Adams Highschool, and this is her first year on Key2Finesse executive board. She began volunteering with the Variety Children's Charity of Detroit and fell in love with the direct impact Key2Finesse made within the community. Since then, she has developed a passion for giving back through fundraising, mentoring, and using her voice for advocacy. Outside of academics, Naina enjoys debate, HOSA, theatre, and singing, just to name a few! Naina is thrilled to work Key2Finesse's incredible team and continue to change lives!

Nikhil Talluri is a freshman at Northville High School and a dedicated student-athlete who competes in wrestling and track. Beyond sports, he is deeply involved in his school's business community as an active member of DECA, FBLA, and BPA. Nikhil is also a skilled violinist and has a strong personal interest in the field of finance. He is incredibly excited to join the Key2Finesse team this year and looks forward to working with his peers to create an even bigger impact in the community.

Rucha Joshi

Board member (2026-present)

Rucha is a sophomore at Athens High School and this is her first year on the Key2Finesse board. She first became involved with Key2Finesse as a volunteer last year, helping raise money for Kids on the Go. Through that experience, she discovered how rewarding it is to give back to the community. At school, she is involved in HOSA and enjoys opportunities to learn and grow. Outside of school, Rucha enjoys baking, music, spending time with friends, and traveling with her family. She is excited to be part of the Key2Finesse team and contribute to the positive impact it creates in the community.

Shreevaishnavi Venkata Subramanian

Shreevaishnavi Venkata Subramanian is a junior at Rochester High School and this is her first year as an executive board member. After attending the Speak the Difference 10.0 competition for supporting the Variety charity, she fell in love with the mission of Key2Finesse and the concept of giving back. She began her journey as a volunteer in 2025 supporting Kids On The Go, and received an Outstanding Volunteer Award. Outside of Key2Finesse, she is on her school's swim team, plays tennis, is a part of clubs like HOSA, GIDAS, and Forensics, learns Carnatic singing, and loves art. She looks forward to making this year memorable while continuing to create a meaningful impact in the community.

Siya Karani

Board member (2026-present)

Siya Karani is a Junior at Northville High School, and this is her first year on executive board. She started volunteering with Key2Finesse for Kids on the Go and instantly fell in love with making a difference for such an amazing cause, growing her passion for public speaking and helping those in need. Outside of Key2Finesse, Siya serves on Northville BPA's executive board and is a national finalist. She is also part of Northville's mountain biking team, involved in DECA and Robotics, and has a deep love for singing, having placed at the state and national levels. Siya is beyond excited to continue growing as a speaker and make a lasting impact in the community.

Udayan Ray

Board member (2026-present)

Udayan Ray is a current senior at Troy High School and is serving his first term on the executive board. Starting with Confidence in 9th grade, he elevated his public speaking skills through Finesse academy and used those skills to support Kids On the Go as a volunteer, falling in love with how students can give back to their community. Outside of school and Key2Finesse, he loves cross country and participates in Model United Nations as a middle school director and marketing lead for robotics. With these experiences, Udayan is ecstatic to help Key2Finesse climb to greater heights in the future.

MEET OUR  FOUNDERS

Esha ghosalkar
 

founding Member (2015-present)

Esha Ghosalkar graduated from Troy High School in 2018. She then went on to study pre-medicine at University of Central Florida. Currently, she's at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Esha is a co-founder of Key2Finesse, which was established in the spring of 2015. From a young age, she has been developing her passion for public speaking as a co-captain at her middle school’s Forensics team and co-founding it at Troy High.  She took inspiration from her mother, the owner of Finesse Academy, and furthered this passion by conducting workshops about confidence building and public speaking for students around the country through Key2Finesse. To Esha, Key2Finesse is an opportunity for her to connect with students similar to her and impart valuable skills she has learned and found of value. In college, Esha continues to stay involved with Key2Finesse by serving as a mentor for the e-board, helping organize events, and serving as a judge for the speech competition fundraiser. She hopes to continue pursuing this passion even after graduating from CWRU in 2026.

Chintan Maheshwari

founding Member (2015-2018)

Chintan Maheshwari is a graduate from Detroit Catholic Central High School and a co-founder of Key2Finesse. He attended the University of Michigan at Ross School of Business and graduated in 2022. He is now an Investment Banking Associate at TD Cowen. He has developed a passion for public speaking and has used that passion to win first place at a national speech competition as well as to place in the top ten in the world for HOSA’s Public Speaking competition. He has conducted Confidence Building workshops for underprivileged kids along with Esha. He has also mentored students in their public speaking competitions. He is involved in multiple community service activities, participating in his Temple Youth Group, playing percussion and the keyboard in various concerts across the country, as well as participating and competing in many dance competitions. To Chintan, Key2Finesse is a way that students can learn and refine a skill that is extremely valuable in their life: public speaking. It also allows him to find ways to give back to his community.

Chintan Maheshwari

founding Member (2015-2018)

Chintan Maheshwari is a graduate from Detroit Catholic Central High School and a co-founder of Key2Finesse. He is now a sophomore at University of Michigan and he's studying at Ross business school. He has developed a passion for public speaking and has used that passion to win first place at a national speech competition as well as to place in the top ten in the world for HOSA’s Public Speaking competition.
