MEET THE EXECUTIVE BOARD

ANSH SHAH

Board member (2022-present)

Ansh Shah is a senior at Northville High School and it his third year on executive board. He started volunteering with Key2Finesse for the Angels of Hope fundraiser, and quickly fell in love with the environment of students giving back to their community. Outside of school, Ansh participates in school clubs such as First Robotics and Northville DECA, where he is an international finalist, two time state champion, and board member. He enjoys playing tennis, basketball, and playing the keyboard in his free time. Ansh is very excited to lead the team and make a difference in our community this year.

Yashieta Somani

Board member (2021-present)

Yashieta Somani is currently a senior attending Rochester Adams High School. Her journey with Key2Finesse initially began with being a participant in the Speak the Difference competitions, before joining as a dedicated volunteer and then being nominated as a board member. Some of her passions include science, community service, and reading; outside of school, you can find her participating in various clubs or volunteering at different organizations at the board level. As an Executive Board Member for Key2Finesse this year, she is enthusiastic and excited about the organization’s future endeavors and the impact they will create on the community.

Akshat Arora

Board member (2021-present)

Akshat Arora is a senior at the International Academy East and this is his third year on the Key2Finesse executive board. For the past 6 years, he has pursued his passions of leadership, public speaking, volunteering, economics, robotics, and coaching. He has also been a varsity athlete for Troy High School's Cross Country and Track teams. The first time he was introduced to Key2Finesse was in 2019 when he participated in an impromptu competition when the organization was supporting Gleaners Food Bank, and seeing the success inspired him to join this noble cause! Key2Finesse has been a platform for Akshat to use his skills to help the communities around him.

DHanya chugh

Board member (2021-present)

Dhanya Chugh is a fourth-year Key2Finesse board member and a current Junior at Northville High school. Falling in love with public speaking in 5th grade, Dhanya has continued that passion and found Key2Finesse as a platform to help her grow, and use her voice to advocate for issues she cares about while helping others do the same. Outside of Key 2 Finesse, Dhanya is a member of the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) and Vice President for her schools chapter of Model United Nations. Dhanya is ecstatic to be with the team this year and can't wait to see what new bounds can be reached!

prisha shah

Board member (2021-present)

Prisha Shah is currently a senior at Salem High School. She initially joined Key2Finesse as a participant in the Easterseals fundraiser and was later honored with the Key2Finesse Outstanding Volunteer Award which was her first step into becoming a board member. Apart from public speaking and volunteering, Prisha has a love for dancing and has been doing so for over 10 years. She is also an active member of HOSA, Debate, and PCEP Tamasha, her school's fusion dance team. She is very excited to continue her journey with Key2Finesse this year and can't wait to create memories while giving back to the community!

banhi shah

Board member (2022-present)

Banhi Shah is currently a senior at the International Academy of Macomb. This is her third year on Key2finesse board. She began her volunteering journey in 2021 for Angels of Hope where she also received an outstanding volunteer award. From involving herself in key2finesse she found her passion of helping her community and the people around her. Outside of volunteering and public speaking she also loves to dance and has been doing a classical dance form called Bharatnatyam since she was 6 years old. She is also involved in several national honor societies at school and has a leadership position in NHS and Hosa. Banhi is very excited to be back on board this year and can not wait to see where this year takes her.

Eesha Chigullapally

Board member (2022-present)

Eesha Chigullapally is currently a junior at Northville High School. She started her Public Speaking journey the moment she joined Confidence Class and went on to win multiple awards through various competitions. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. She is a part of various activities such as the DECA, HOSA, Model UN, Choir and Robotics. A member of other volunteering clubs, Eesha also enjoys helping in many places such as senior centers and food banks. As a board member, she strives to make a difference in the community each year, from one foundation to the next.

elyse lazrado

Board member (2022-present)

Elyse Lazrado is currently a senior attending Troy High School. She started competing in Key2Finesse competitions in 2016 for Palav, which helped develop her passion for public speaking. She then started volunteering for Key2Finesse in 2020 for Gift of Life Michigan and Angels of Hope. Besides Key2Finesse, Elyse also enjoys clubs such as HOSA, Model UN, and IASA. She also loves hanging out with friends and family. Elyse is excited to see what Key2Finesse will accomplish this year!

Sarvesha Srungavarapu

Board member (2022-present)

Sarvesha Srungavarapu is a senior attending Novi High School. Within school, she is extremely involved in the various activities she takes part in including HOSA, TEDx, Science Olympiad, and the Novi Girls Tennis team. Bharatnatyam has been a strong passion of hers and she has danced for over ten years. She has also taken part in Taekwondo for about five years, and has worked her way up to being a black belt. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing her viola, and hanging out with family and friends. Now, continuing to serve as a board member of Key2Finesse, she is excited to continue to work with those in need, expand awareness, and do more for her community!

shivani salwi

Board member (2022-present)

Shivani Salwi is a junior at Farmington High School. She participated as a competitor in the Blessings in a Backpack, Easterseals, Gleaners, and Gift of Life fundraisers, volunteered for Angels of Hope and joined board fundraising for NAMI Metro. Apart from Key2Finesse, Shivani loves to swim competitively and has been doing so since the age of 3. Shivani is her a part of HOSA at her school. She has played the piano for 9 years and the flute for 4 years. Shivani is also on her district's Student Round Table and is a representative for her district. Additionally, Shivani is in her school and district diversity club. Shivani is excited to be on board this year, and looks forward to creating an even bigger impact!

dyotak shintre

Board member (2023-present)

Dyotak Shintre is currently a junior at Troy High School. He first took part in a Key2Finesse event during the fall of seventh grade, immediately he fell in love with public speaking. Continuing his journey he has completed Confidence Building & Public Speaking, Time Management, and Success Class For Teens. After this, he volunteered for Angels of Hope, NAMI, and as a board member The Abhi Shah Foundation. He was amazed by the potential of a student body. Outside of Key2Finesse and school, Dyotak loves playing soccer and actively participates in Forensics and DECA. Last year he was able to achieve 5th place in the state for impromptu. This year he went to ICDC for DECA. He can't wait to see the new heights he can help Key2Finesse reach in the future!

ethan antony

Board member (2023-present)

Ethan Antony has always been comfortable speaking in public and joining Key2Finesse provided him with an outlet to advance his speaking skills and share his beliefs on various topics. As a junior at WIHI, he is actively engaged in public speaking and has a strong interest in pursuing engineering and math. Ethan is a keen member of Robotics, Science Olympiad, Student Government, and IASA. He is also involved in multiple organizations outside of school, which have helped him develop essential leadership skills. With a passion for the STEM field, Ethan enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends. In his second year as an executive board member of Key2Finesse, Ethan aims to make a significant impact on the Finance Team by contributing new strategies and raising as much money as possible.

esha sopory

Board member (2023-present)

Esha Sopory is currently a Senior at Novi High School. She began volunteering for Key2Finesse with Angels of Hope and continued her passion for supporting her community outside of Key2Finesse by being the President of her school's Interact Club, as well as participating in several other community efforts. Esha is also an active member of her school's HOSA and Forensics Team, where she has had a chance to expand further on her passions for public speaking. She is also a part of her school's varsity golf team and has been practicing Bharatnatyam for a little over 9 years. She looks forward to making a difference with Key2Finesse!

kavya shenoy

Board member (2023-present)

Kavya is a Junior at Athens High School. She started her journey with Key2Finesse in 2020, as a participant in the Gift of Life Foundation fundraiser, and, later, in Angels of Hope. She continued in Key2Finesse as a volunteer for the NAMI Metro fundraiser, through which she received an Outstanding Volunteer Award, and was nominated to be a Board Member, and chosen for executive board in 2023 for the Abhi Shah Foundation Fundraiser. Outside of public speaking, she enjoys playing the violin, playing classical and electric guitar, singing, and writing songs (which she showcases through her YouTube channel). She is also a member of Leadership Advisory Board, Student Council, HOSA, Model United Nations, Tri-M, and Ambassador’s Club through her school. Kavya is so excited to be on Key2Finesse board again, and can’t wait to work with the team again to create a larger impact on the community!

keval shah

Board member (2023-present)

Keval Shah is a senior at North Farmington High School and it is his second year on Key2Finesse Board. He is very passionate about volunteering and raising money for great causes, and loves to support charities through Key2Finesse each year. Keval enjoys a variety of activities and extra curriculars, such as DECA, Tennis, FLC, BPA, his youth organization at his temple, and many more. He hopes to continue working with the amazing Key2Finesse team at supporting the community!

sahasra yalavarty

Board member (2023-present)

Sahasra Yalavarty is a junior at Novi High School and this is her second year as an executive board member of Key2Finesse. Her journey with Key2Finesse started as a contestant in 2019 for the Gleaners fundraiser. She has contributed to the organization as a volunteer for 3 years and was honored as an "Outstanding Volunteer" in 2020 and 2022. She has also been public speaking since 5th grade on platforms presented to her by Finesse Academy. Sahasra is passionate about dance and has been practicing Bharatanatyam for nearly a decade! In school, she is actively involved in HOSA, Debate, is an officer for Red Cross Club, and founded her own Anatomy Club. Sahasra is more motivated than ever before to make a difference in her community!

nishi patel

Board member (2023-present)

Nishi is currently a junior at Northville High School, this is her 2nd year on Key2Finesse Executive Board. Her journey with Key2Finesse started in 2020 with the Angels of Hope speaking competition then she began her volunteering with NAMI Metro where she got the Outstanding Volunteer award. Outside of school Nishi is heavily involved in piano, Bharatnatyam, DECA, and robotics. Nishi has taken the confidence class, time management, success club, and currently is in the Finesse Club. From this her passion in speaking is only growing, she is so excited to see where Key2Finesse will go and is glad she is a part of it!

sanjith sambath

Sanjith Sambath is a current senior at International Academy Okma in Bloomfield Hills. Sanjith first started his journey with Key2Finesse all the way back in 2019, where he helped raise money through the annual Speak the Difference competition. Since then, he has grown tremendously, both as a leader and as a public speaker. Aside from Key2Finesse, Sanjith is a board member and participant in his school's Robotics, Model UN, DECA, and Economics clubs, as well as having a passion for engineering and business. He is thrilled to join the Key2Finesse team and help make an impact!

AASHI Patel

Aashi Patel is a freshman at Northville Highschool. This is her first year on Key2Finesse board.She began volunteering for Abhi Shah Foundation fundraiser and immediately got indulged to giving back to the community. Outside of school Aashi is involved in HOSA and Model UN. Aashi loves and has been trained in the classical dance form of Bharatnatyam. She is very excited to see the difference she can make in the community with Key2Finesse.

Krishiv vaidya

Krishiv Vaidya, a freshman at Northville High School, has dedicated the past couple years to cultivating his passions in leadership, volunteering, DECA, MUN, and Robotics. In addition to his academic pursuits, he has showcased his athletic prowess as a member of the Northville Cricket Club and Prime Strikers Academy. Introduced to Key2Finesse in 2020 during a prepared speech competition supporting The Gift of Life Foundation, Krishiv was captivated by its success and immediately felt compelled to join this noble cause. Now serving his first year on the executive board for Key2Finesse, Krishiv is committed to making a meaningful impact in his community and becoming one of the leaders of tomorrow.

mantra kaushal

Mantra Kaushal, a sophomore at International Academy Central in Bloomfield Hills, was first introduced to Key2Finesse when he competed in the prepared speech competition supporting The Gift of Life Foundation. Mantra started volunteering with Key2Finesse for the Abhi Shah foundation and quickly realized that he loved the cause of Key2Finesse and felt a connection with giving back to his community. Outside of school, Mantra is involved with school clubs such as Robotics and Forensics. He is also on the Varsity tennis team for Lake Orion high school. In his free time, he loves to play tennis with his friends and play the piano. Mantra is very excited to work with the Key2Finesse team this year to impact the community around him.

sahas ravoor

Board member (2024-present)

Sahas Ravoor is a junior at Athens High School. He joined Key2Finesse as a volunteer supporting Angels of Hope in 2021, and this is his first year as an executive board member. He enjoys participating in Science Olympiad, HOSA, and Model UN, and swim competitions. Outside of school, he enjoys playing the piano and violin, as well as fencing. Sahas is thrilled to be able to be a part of the Key2Finesse board this year, and can't wait for all the amazing opportunities that he can be a part of!

Sanay shah

Board member (2024-present)

Sanay Shah is going to be a sophomore in August. This is his first year in key2finesse board as a director working for the social media department while going out into the community and raising money for different causes. His first season, he raised money for NAMI Metro and his second season he raised money for the Abhi Shah Foundation winning the outstanding volunteer award.

Shalvi bhambare

Shalvi Bhambare is currently a sophomore attending Novi High School and this is her first year on Key2Finesse board. She was a part of the NAMI Metro fundraiser and the Abhi Shah Foundation fundraiser where she received her Outstanding Volunteer Award. Shalvi quickly found her passion for Key2Finesse and used it as a platform to become a better public speaker and leader. She is also a member of Model United Nations, Business Professionals of America and DECA at her school. Shalvi has been playing the piano for over 9 years now and she loves to sing as well. Additionally, she is very passionate about coding and public speaking. Shalvi is excited to be a part of Key2Finesse board and is looking forward to making a difference in the community!

AArav Verma

Board member (2024-present)

Aarav Verma is an 11th grader attending Novi High school. This is his first year in board. Aarav was first introduced to Key2Finesse in 2023 while volunteering for the Abhi Shah Foundation and quickly fell in love with giving back to the community, earning the outstanding volunteer award! Outside of Key2Finesse, Aarav is involved in many extracurriculars, such as Debate and Deca. Aarav is also part of Novi’s varsity football team. During his free time, Aarav likes to listen to music, hang out with his family or friends, and watch movies or tv shows. Aarav is beyond excited to be part of Key2Finesse board as he strives to make a difference by giving back to his community!

vansh saichandran

Board member (2024-present)

Vansh Saichandran is an freshman at Northville High School. He loves chess, swimming, math, and playing the trombone. He takes part in may clubs such as Model UN, Academic Games, Track, and Chess Club. Vansh started out with Key2Finesse as a volunteer in 2022. He wanted to get more involved in Key2Finesse so he made improvements within himself for the next year and has been chosen to be on the Board of Directors as a director. He is excited to continue to work hard with helping the community.

Yogasri Katta is currently an freshman at Northville High School and is in her first year on the Key2Finesse board. Her journey with Key2Finesse started as a volunteer in 2020, raising money for the Gift of Life Foundation, Angels of Hope, NAMI Metro, and the Abhi Shah Foundation. In 2023, she received the Outstanding Volunteer Award. Outside of Key2Finesse, Yogasri is also an active member in Hillside’s HOSA chapter, which has given her the opportunity to continue to apply her public speaking skills. Additionally, in her free time she enjoys coding, playing volleyball, and practicing piano. Yogasri is excited to be a part of the Key2Finesse board, and is ready to meet new people and make a difference in her community.

pranya beri

Board member (2024-present)

Pranya Beri is a 7th grader at Notre Dame Marist Academy, and this is her first year on the Key2Finesse board as a Trainee. She is passionate about public speaking and is excited about all the fun reading and research that monthly Finesse Club has to offer. Starting her journey with Key2Finesse in 2023 as a volunteer supporting Abhi Shah foundation, she was recognized as an Outstanding Volunteer for her efforts. Pranya loves extra-curricular activities and has been practicing Bharatanatyam and Taekwondo since he was 4 years old and holds a second-degree black belt. Pranya represented Notre Dame as an inspirational leader and delegate at MIYG and also does theatre at the middle school. Giving back to the community excites her which paved the path to the board and she is ready to learn from all her seniors and contribute her part to the growth of Key2Finesse.

suvir ravoor

Board member (2024-present)

Suvir Ravoor is a 8th grader at Larson Middle School and he is a trainee on the Key2finesse board. He started volunteering with Key2Finesse in 2022 for the Abhi Shah Foundation, but competed in events prior to this. Suvir fell in love with the idea of students giving back to their community and he is very passionate about helping others. Outside of school, Suvir is involved with school clubs like Robotics and Science Olympiad, and has competed at the state level. He enjoys sports, running, and playing the piano in his free time. Suvir is very excited to help our community and make a difference!

tanay vaddadi

Board member (2024-present)

Tanay Vaddadi is a 8th grader from Novi Middle School. Besides academics, he is a part of Robotics, Science Olympiad and swim clubs. He started volunteering with Key2Finesse when he was in 4th grade, and since then, public speaking and volunteering became a great passion of mine. He has also been accepted as a trainee into the board this year. He loves playing soccer, basketball and bike riding with his friends.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Esha ghosalkar

founding Member (2015-present)

Esha Ghosalkar graduated from Troy High School in 2018 and is currently attending University of Central Florida to pursue pre-medicine. She is the co-founder of Key2Finesse, which was established in the spring of 2015. From a young age, she has been developing her passion for public speaking as a co-captain at her middle school’s Forensics team and co-founding it at Troy High. She took inspiration from her mother, the owner of Finesse Academy, and furthered this passion by conducting workshops about confidence building and public speaking for students around the country through Key2Finesse. To Esha, Key2Finesse is an opportunity for her to connect with students similar to her and impart valuable skills she has learned and found of value. In college, Esha continues to stay involved with Key2Finesse by serving as a mentor for the e-board, helping organize events, and serving as a judge for the speech competition fundraiser. She hopes to continue pursuing this passion even after graduating from UCF next year.

Chintan Maheshwari

founding Member (2015-2018)

Chintan Maheshwari is a graduate from Detroit Catholic Central High School and a co-founder of Key2Finesse. He is now a sophomore at University of Michigan and he's studying at Ross business school. He has developed a passion for public speaking and has used that passion to win first place at a national speech competition as well as to place in the top ten in the world for HOSA’s Public Speaking competition. He has conducted Confidence Building workshops for underprivileged kids along with Esha. He has also mentored students in their public speaking competitions. He is involved in multiple community service activities, participating in his Temple Youth Group, playing percussion and the keyboard in various concerts across the country, as well as participating and competing in many dance competitions. To Chintan, Key2Finesse is a way that students can learn and refine a skill that is extremely valuable in their life: public speaking. It also allows him to find ways to give back to his community. As he will soon proceed to college, he hopes to pursue a career in business.
